Second Assault: The Ugly and The Ugly

It would certainly make for an ugly tapestry as Masayuki engaged a goblin in battle!

The horde was fighting back harder as the Crab were pushing back against their might. With a snarl, the goblin swung at the Crab (Singular).

It was a good hit, though the Crab's heavy armor nearly halved the damage: 1 Bonus Sucess, 3 Strife in Fire stance: 9 Damage - 4 Armor = 5 damage dealt.

The Crab's tetsubo came down armor crunching down on the goblin's scavenged armor:

7 Damage - 3 Armor = 4 Damage received.

Masayuki goes to strike again, using the Rushing Avalanche Style. His swing is off balance and bounces off the goblin's armor, giving less damage with Lady Sun that intended.

The goblin lashed out again poking a second hole in the Crab. As they said, it wasn't the first or second spear that finished a samurai...but in Masayuki's case it might well be the third:
