Hana cosidered her words. Perhaps she'd accept only after an insufficient two offers?

"I would never cheapen Yogo-san's gift by suggesting it was given in the hopes of getting something in return. But you have provided me with excellent conversation and tea this day, I surely would be considered greedy for taking more, so I must decline." she decided upon.

This time he allowed a laugh to communicate his pleasure.

"Apologies Otomo-sama, but I believe that we need to talk about standards. My company till now, has only been an imposition on your time and kindness. If you are to allow me to actually offer you anything, you need to accept it." He insisted.

Hana offered a bow.

"Than I shall accept the gift in the spirit it is given. You have my thanks for all three Yogo-san, the conversation, the tea and now the gift." she offered. He got up and bowed. He realised that it was the first time after a long time that he genuinely had fun.
