[Daidoji Nobu]

Taking the Doji’s advice to heart, Daidoji Nobu led a small group of legionnaires through weapons drills and some light sparring with bokken. Despite the big Crane’s bulk, he moved surprisingly well, and his form was excellent.

Being mindful of the chui's orders, Masayuki leads another group of samurai in heavy weapons exercises, focusing on form, economy of motion and effective striking, using Bishamon's Blessing. After an hour, he gathers the assembly to praise them on the noticed improvement. He further instructs them in how to conserve energy while marching and to see if they are adjusting at all yet to the long days in their armor.
