Despair and Wisdom: Imperial March

At the heart of the moving army rides the core command group of the army. Not all members of command can be found here at all times, after all, sometimes even commanders need to tend to something in person. However, the general himself, Mirumoto Tekkan is as a fixed center to the army. Even while riding, reports come in, orders go out. Still despite all the activity, despite actually riding, there is something about his demeanor that makes it seem as if he is motionless and tranquil.
