Although Museru Mura brings in much via trade, it remains a Rokugani village, and that means it is largely agricultural in nature. This means there are fields surrounding the village and extending from it as far as a taiko drum can be heard.
Not all of the fields are currently under cultivation, some being left fallow that they be restored. Those that are under cultivation grow more vegetables than rice, though those closest to the river show that the grain grows in them.
