Despair and Wisdom: Imperial March

Solidly constructed and visibly able to be fortified strongly and rapidly, the Museru Mura bridge is the heart of the village and the reason for its existence. On most days, travel slows as trade routes converge on it and diverge from it. On days such as these, with the annual festival commemorating the bridge's construction and the small kami that has come to inhabit it, it is almost wholly impassible for a single person afoot. A larger force could hardly hope to push through without bloodshed and slaughter, and one shudders to think what repercussions such actions would have for those who would undertake them.
